Cancellation Policy
Xclusively You Beauty Cancellation Policy ✨ At Xclusively You Beauty, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both your time and others, the following cancellation policy applies: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to self cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a flat $20 cancellation fee. • No-shows will also result in a $20 fee and will require prepayment of that fee before future bookings. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. We understand that emergencies happen. However, please communicate as soon as possible, and consideration may be given at our discretion.
